WMS – Sage ERP Accpac Interface

This bidirectional custom-developed interface provides automated data transfer between an industry-standard WMS (Inventory Tracking and Manufacturing System - ITMS) and Sage ERP Accpac. The following information is transferred from Sage ERP Accpac to WMS: Suppliers Definitions (A/P Vendors), Customer Definitions (A/R Customers), Delivery Address Definitions (A/R Ship To Locations), Sales Orders (O/E Order Entry), Carrier Address (O/E Ship Via Codes), Product Master Data (I/C Items), and Stock Balances (I/C Location Details). The following transactions are transferred from WMS to Sage ERP Accpac: Purchase Orders (P/O Orders), GRV Receipts (P/O Receipts), Supplier Returns (P/O Returns and P/O Credit Notes), Shipment Entry Confirmations (O/E Shipments), Assemblies (I/C Assemblies), Transfers (I/C Transfers), and Adjustments (I/C Adjustments). Data transfer is implemented using intermediary tables. This interface is developed as a Windows Service, processing data transfer automatically on a periodic basis.
