Licensing
What you pay for
| Subscription License | Annual fee. Entitles the End User to use any shipping version of a product during the validity period, including updates, upgrades and unlimited offsite technical support. Subscriptions must be renewed before expiry, failing which a product stops working. |

| Perpetual License | Fixed license fee. Updates, upgrades and support are available under a valid Software Assurance Plan only, mandatory for the first year and accumulating over lapsed years. |
| Software Assurance | Charged annually at 20% of the current product SRP. Included in the subscription licensing fee. |
| Implementation | Setup & Implementation Services are chargeable where applicable. Certified Business Partners are exempt for products matching their certification. |
